We are looking for a Middle Support Specialist who will be assisting our players.

RESPONSIBILITIES
— Provide friendly, fast, and qualified support to our players in Zendesk.
— Answer our players' reviews in stores, providing assistance if needed.
— Investigate and resolve game inquiries and issues.
— Report player feedback and suggestions to the development team.
— Develop player guides, FAQs, and tutorials.
REQUIRED SKILLS
— Fluency in English — Upper-Intermediate level (B2) and above.
— Knowledge of any other language (German, Spanish, Chinese etc.) is a plus
— Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
— Warm-hearted, empathetic, and patient. If you like helping others, you are the person we are looking for :)
— Experienced player. Loving games is a must!
— Experience working in Zendesk is a plus.
— Previous experience in Support is considered a solid advantage.
