BENEFITS

— Experience working in an HR department in IT-related field (in a team consisting of 30 employees minimum)

— A minimum 2 years' experience in HR

— Experience in building appraisal models and practices

— Sufficient written and verbal communication skills in English (Upper - Intermediate and above)

REQUIREMENTS

— Excellent written and verbal communication skills with multiple levels of management

— Sense of tact and ability to resolve conflicts

— Good organization skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for an experienced specialist to join our team and build a proper employee development system (training, assessment, review).
